3380 Granada Ave San Diego CA<br />
San Diego, California. 1924. This classic Craftsman bungalow has a neo-classical touch with round pillars on top of the square, porch columns. The current owners did paint analysis to determine their choice of the historically accurate colors of Sherman William's Colonial Revival Yellow, Colonial Revival Green Slate and Roycroft Vellum. A simple, two bedroom bungalow when first built, a third bedroom was added in 1935. Original built-in bookcases, a fold-down desk in the living room, and a dining room sideboard are all still intact, adding to the cottage's comfortable charm. The owners' renovation in fact has sparked others in the neighborhood to do the same, a sure sign of a successful restoration. RELEASED
