New Orleans, Louisiana. 1871. The Casa de Felicidad, owned by two nineteenth century dandies, Francois LaCroix, an artist and maker of coats and trousers, and Cordevoille, a duelist, was built between larger, brick homes which dwarfed the little cottage. Restored to its nineteenth century vitality the home beckons with its simple charm.
