BABY AND DOG. Many of John Johnson's family portraits include pets. This well-dressed baby in a tall wooden high chair is posed in front of Johnson's familiar backdrop, tacked against a porch wall. The dog is positioned to catch scraps, but from the baby's jacket, it seems likely the day is chilly and dinner will be served inside.<br />
