CONCRETE-BLOCK HOUSE. Concrete blocks molded to resemble quarry-faced limestone became the material of choice for house foundations in early-20th-century Lincoln, supplanting limestone. Relatively few whole houses were built of the new material, however. This house may be one still standing at 3310 P Street, where Albert and Devanna Wilson lived in the second decade of the 20th century.<br />
