Pasadena, California. 1895. A transitional style cottage, with Queen Anne details applied to a Craftsman body. Note the pedimented columns and scrollwork, Classical touches to the Arts and Crafts structure which are masterfully integrated by the design sensibility of its well known architects, Charles and Henry Greene. The original owner's granddaughter, who has lived in the house since 1923, has spent her life preserving and restoring her home.
