SNOWBOUND TROLLEYS ON THE HAVELOCK LINE. A crew of streetcar workers with shovels, led by a giant man in overalls, clear the way for the Havelock trolley. Havelock was an independent town northeast of Lincoln from 1893 to 1930, built around a large shop facility of the Burlington Railroad. It remains a distinctive neighborhood with a very active Burlington yard.
