The identity of the young couple has not been discovered (SEE BELOW), but their comfortable closeness and her casual display of a ring on her left hand suggests they are married. The family dog does not appear to be an entirely willing participant, but the couple is cooperating in gentle restraint.
NEW INFORMATION from Cherise L. Addison and Ed Zimmer in December 2014: The couple is Cherise's great grandmother Vashti Agnes Knight (Mosby after marriage) (1891-1981) and her husband Bartel King Mosby (1888-1964). The address is 1030 Rose Street. Vashti and Bartel married in the early 1920s.
